AUDIO: Phone thief attacked; finger chopped off at Awutu Senya

A 32-year old man, Prince Adaka, almost met his untimely death at Kasoa Ota City in the Awutu Senya East Municipality of the Central Region on Wednesday.
This was after robbing a woman of her phone at knife point.
Information gathered indicates that the victim was on her way to work when the suspect attacked her.
In an interview with BoadiGH.com, an eyewitness, Kojo Benjamin, revealed that the victim started screaming for help, leading to his arrest.
Kojo Benjamin says that the angry residents descended on the victim, beat him mercilessly, and cut off some of his fingers and part of his body.
He says the suspect has been handed over to Kasoa New Market Police for investigation.
